Can I order online and pick up in-store?
If you live in or around Pittsburgh and are in a rush or would not like to pay shipping, we can schedule a pickup time and location.

What payment options do you have?
Paypal and stripe. For other payment options send me an e-mail and I'll consider adding other platforms as an option if enough customers ask.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
For products that are in-stock yes. Custom orders will take some time.

How long do I have to return a product?
I do not offer returns unless items are defect with photos.

How do I change an order date?
simply put in a request via e-mail with your order.

How are your items priced?
The items are priced with a few things taken into account such as material costs, print time, and the time taken to design the prints themselves.

Where are your products made?
All products are made in-house.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
1 of 3 things may have happened. I may be flooded with orders

How can I check the status of my order online?
During the order I will offer tracking when the order is finished, but during the print I will send you photos of the order and designing process.

How do I change or cancel my order?
contact me before or during the design process. For custom orders, once material for the print is ordered, it cannot be cancelled as overhead has been applied.
